Job Description
• The Associates are responsible for the accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of financial data. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of work in a cost effective manner Execute on-line updating of customer records Interact with external clients and multiple groups within Fidelity (Client Managers, Auditors, Telephone and correspondence Representatives, Telesales, New Implementation Managers and Operations Managers) • Contribute to the team environment and overall effective services provided to Fidelity's client base. • Take initiative to undergo training to enhance their individual job performance High quality of work with a strong customer orientation
Desired Profile
• Graduates (BBA, BBM, BCOM, BCS, BSC Only) & PG Grads (MCom, MSc Maths, MSc Physics)• Frehers / Candidates with less than 1 year of BPO/Audit/Accounting/back office/Customer service experience• Ability to navigate a Windows-based environment Attention to detail and accuracy Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to work in a team • Should be good in Verbal and Written English skills • Should be willing to work in continuous Night Shifts (5.30 pm – 2.30 am)
