1.Introduction to Piping Designing.

2.Developement of codes and standards.

3.Detail study about pipes,material selection of pipes and manufacturing methods.

4.line sizing, wall thickness calculation,reinforcement pad calculation etc.

5.Details about fittings like reducers,flanges etc and selection of fittings materials. Valves basic,selection of valves for different services,different types of valves like, ball,globe, butterfly ,control valves etc.

6.codes and standard like ASME,ASTM,API,AWS,ASME B31.1 etc.

7.interdisciplinary movement of drawing like, electrical,mechanical etc.

8.Drawing basics and symbols,Detail study of drawings like,PFD,UFD,P&ID,EQUIPMENT LAYOUT,PLOTPLAN,GAs etc.

9.Pipe Support Selection & Application with stress analysis.

10.Study of P&ID Exercise.

11.MTO exercises.

12.Pipe fluid flow systems.

13.Designing software classes with interactive module.

14.Tips & tricks session & Piping quiz.

Desired Candidate Profile

The min Qualification is ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical/Welding Engineering desciplines and Also Draught's man's who wish to make their carrier in the specific field mentioned above.
